Available strategies
We have two, Long and Short Trading Strategies at the moment.
- A long trade buys tokens that are expected to increase in value at a lower price so you can sell them later at a higher price.
Example:
Pair: USDT-BTC
You expect BTC to grow in price. The trading bot buys some BTC and puts a take-profit order according to your take profit %, and includes the fee.
It waits until the Bitcoin price reaches the calculated target and sells it back.
As a result, you get more USDT coins.
Note: to start the long strategy bot, you need to have coins on your balance, USDT in this case.
- It’s opposite to the short bot. A short trade sells coins that are expected to fall in value at a higher price with the intent of buying the same amount back, but at an even lower price — this leaves you with the same amount of coins plus the profit made.
Example:
Pair: USDT-BTC
You expect BTC to fall in price. The bot buys some USDT and puts a take-profit order according to your take profit % and includes the fee.
It waits until the BTC’s price falls to the calculated target and buys it back.
As a result, you get the same amount of BTC back plus profit in USDT.
Note: to start a short strategy bot, you need to have coins on your balance. (BTC in this case).
